For your safety and the best results, please follow these instructions
- Avoid sun exposure to the treated area by covering or using sunscreen for a minimum of 2-4 weeks prior and post treatment.
- Avoid using spray tans or self-tanner for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to treatment.
- Please ensure the treatment area is hair-free before your appointment by shaving with a traditional razor (recommended within 24 hours of appointment).
- Avoid tweezing, sugaring, waxing, or electrolysis for 4-6 weeks prior to treatment. Shaving is fine 48 hours after treatment.
- The treatment area should be clean-shaven and thoroughly cleansed, removing any makeup, creams, oils, topical anesthetics, or bronzing products before treatment. Avoid skin care products with irritants such as Glycolic Acid or Retin-A on the treatment area for about 1-2 weeks before treatment.
- Please call before your appointment if you are taking a new medication that may cause photosensitivity, especially acne medication.

What areas can be treated?
We can treat almost anywhere that has unwanted hair - however, we want to be very careful when treating around the eyes.
What does a Brazilian include?
A Brazilian treats the entire bikini area front, sides and back, including the labia and the area between the buttocks. It can be modified to leave a small, customized amount of hair, such as a landing strip or a triangle in the front. The Brozilian includes the scrotum, perineum and the area around the anus.
How many treatments do I need?
Everyone's body is different but, It takes an average of 8-10 treatments to have really good hair reduction. We never say permanent, but it can be very long lasting.
What is the spacing between sessions?
Treatments are generally spaced 6-10 weeks apart for best results. After treatment we need to give the hair time to work it's way out of the follicle and new growth to come in before the next treatment.
Is laser hair removal safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. The Clarity II combines two wavelengths, Alexandrite and Nd:YAG, and we set each treatment for your skin tone and hair. We treat all skin types with confidence.
Can I wax or tweeze between sessions?
No waxing or tweezing between treatment sessions, as we need the hair in the follicle for the laser to be attracted to it. You can absolutely shave in between sessions and you want to come to your appointment cleanly shaven.
How long does a treatment take?
Depending on the size of the area, treatment times typically range from 5 mins to 45mins. The treatment itself is very quick but time is needed to prep the area before treatment.
